Find another place - I wish I’d checked the reviews here before throwing away time, money, and peace of mind. I arrived before 5:30pm with my family to stay, after a long car ride there. I’d been told over the phone, before arrival, that somebody would be in the office until 6pm. The - visibly drunk - manager didn’t show up until about 6pm, we had to wait outside in the rain with a woman who had been trying to check out and couldn’t find anybody. They took a $100 deposit over the phone. The manager didn’t want to do anything until 9am the day after we arrived; he just handed me a key. The “no smoking” room stinks like an ashtray, and there are no towels. The room is unclean and in bad condition, much smaller and very much less livable than advertised (for long-term-stay, “efficiency s

Two days *AFTER* I stayed, there was shooting there. Three people shot, one person killed. Nobody seemed to be fazed; it was as if shooting people is an everyday occurrence. Maybe that's what happens in Mashpee; there say that this it's a Native American thing.

Unfortunately we had to stay there. The very first day Doug the manager accused us of lying about how many people would be staying. He was rude and completely arrogant. Charged us more then anyone in the building. We knew this because we asked other tenants. During this time with covid and finding a place to live he did not care about peoples circumstances. I would never advise anyone to stay there. We would sometime find him lurking outside at nighttime. He was completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will say he allowed us more time to stay until our rental came thru but made it quite clear we were not welcome.

Was there for the labor day week end. Pool is clean , deep and very well maintained. Sipping a cider in a can (no bottle around pool) in the chair enjoying the sun and quiet by the pool was a memorable moment,. We had a nice room that was old but clean and very quiet, freshly renovated. Sleep really well. Greg the manager made sure everything was up to our expectation and that we enjoyed our stay.

I picked a guy for work there. It's not actually a hotel motel. I see year round people. Weekly idk. Look elsewhere if your on vacation. Is it worth saving 20 bucks? I think it's worth 25 a night. Bring sheets n towels..
