La Palma Motel

False advertising, definitely not at 2.5 star hotel. There's pretty much nothing in the room. The bed sheets are not cleaned. There's a crack in the large mirror crack, crack in the sink, the door handle is missing for the shower door. The toilet paper holders also missing. No place at all to hang up your clothes and the trash has garbage in it.

Manager and sister are amazing people nice caring and very helpful people. I come here quite often and will continue to. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Room was great just the mattress need some updating felt the wires. And the parking is too small other than that it was awesome.

The manager came to knock at my room door to literally beat me up because we had parked 2 cars in the parking lot, we actually booked for 2 people. I had to call 911 because I felt threatened and he was a very aggressive muscular dude. He started telling me he paid 4 million dollars for the motel and on top of that had bedbugs!!! I got bitten really bad. DO NOT STAY, manager will beat you up if he doesn’t like anything. They asked for cash before getting my key and then he was saying he wouldn’t give me back my deposit because he didn’t want it to. Very bad customer service, I had to call the booking company and I was issued full amount of the booking. Dangerous manager
