La Bella Motel

I Was their two nights. It was nice and clean. Was the only person for the two nights. For the price to be as close as it is for the super 8 in Carrollton behind pizza but the rooms and service was not comparable. Room size and shower and tv are all way bigger and more updated in super 8 and yet both are around 80$ a night. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The room was very nice, with modern and very comfortable beds. Clean linens and warm in January. However, the water in the tub ran very slowly and was impossible to fill the tub, but the shower was OK. Also no outlet in the bathroom so was hard to curl my hair. Nice flat screen TV and quiet outside, good location and the price was right.

Just no. My standards are not super high when looking at hotels. I want a clean room, the bed I expect, and for it to meet building standards. I will say that the room was clean, the flooring is nice, and the bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. I came expecting the advertised king beds. They didn't ask what size bed or room we wanted, so we assumed it would be a king given the marketing and local suggestions. Boy were we surprised to show up to a full sized bed. Not only is it simply but big enough for two adults to lay down on, it's one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. You could literally feel each individual spring. The bathroom doesn't meet building code. The toilet was 2-3 inches from the wall and from the sink. Building code says 12-15 inches is stand

It's the most comfortable I've ever been in a motel! I didn't interact with the staff during check-in, but the attendant was friendly when I returned my key. The rooms were stunningly clean; I even drove by heading to work while the cleaning lady finished clearing my room. In addition, the beds were comfortable. There was a surprising amount of space in the rooms: a desk, cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, and full-sized shower. The walls were incredibly thin; I could hear the person in the room next to me snore and their choice of media consumption, but the city of Carrollton is quiet, and it was easy to fall asleep. Rooms are small but definitely a comfortable stay. Bathroom was upgraded nicely. Bed was super comfortable. Clean!
