Kutsu Point

We love this place! Super serene and so many spots to enjoy. Plenty of places to convene as a larger group or find quiet areas for solitude. The house is large and so comfortable. We loved cooking big dinners in the kitchen with everyone coming and going. Will definitely come again.

Stayed here with family for a weekend. What a beautiful property and amazing home. Gorgeous views, very peaceful, a lot to explore. House was well stocked and had everything we needed with 2 kitchens. Comfy beds too!

this place was amazing. it was everything I wanted on our getaway. comfortable clean and amazing. the atrium/sunroom was my favorite spot 10 out of 10. would recommend. I was very pleased with this spot.

Unique, spacious, and beautiful home. Great amenities and the view from the house is fantastic. Lots to do in the house and on the property generally — a ton of games (board games, pool table, pop a shot, ping pong, etc), hot tub, fire pit, playground, trails, and several giant TVs for music/movies/etc. We could've been entertained the entire weekend just chilling in the house, but it's a pretty reasonable drive to Garden of the Gods/Pike's Peak/Colorado Springs as well. Also a giant Walmart and Safeway only about 20min away for supplies. Imo it's the perfect mix of being secluded/"off the grid" while still having great wifi + being able to get everything you need lol. Hosts are very communicative and a pleasure to work with.
