Kozy Kabins & RV Park

Bicycle specific review: My buddies and I did the big loop from Winthrop (find the route on Strava, RideWithGPS, or GravelMap). We stayed overnight at Angie's cabins, which are big enough for a couple. They're no-frills and the bathroom is separate, but the bed was plush and you have a stove and fridge. Wifi and TV are included. Very clean and indeed cozy. For cyclists looking for an easy place to stay the night, this is much more affordable than anything else in the area.

My wife and I recently booked a cabin at the Conconully State Park. However, when we arrived at around 7pm, the park attendant forgot to leave our cabin unlocked so we were locked out with no staff or camp host available to let us in. We tried for several hours to work with the after hours state park registration folks by phone and they were having trouble getting any contact info for parks staff to let us in. It was at about 9pm in a last ditch effort that we drove over to the Sit'n Bull Saloon to ask if anyone there might know how to contact a state parks employee for help and it was there that we were introduced to Angie the owner of the Kozy Kabins & RV Park. We really enjoyed our stay at Kozy Kabins & RV Park in Conconully! Angie, the owner, was so welcoming and easy to communicate with, she kept us updated before check-in and made sure our cabin was ready, cool, and comfortable when we arrived. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We loved the vintage charm of the pink kitchen appliances and the overall homey feel. The property is in a great location, just a short walk into town, and it felt safe and relaxing. I had stayed several years ago and still enjoyed my stay, but Angie the new owner has clearly put a lot of work into upgrading the place, and it shows. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Kozy Kabins [I stayed in cabin #3]! The cabin itself was spotless—every corner was impeccably clean and felt so welcoming. The mini kitchen was a delightful surprise, equipped with basic utensils for preparing my own meals and even a vintage fridge/freezer that added so much character to the space.
