My family member rents here on several iccasions,we had an emergency w a sibling I dropped my mother back off at around 715pm & I went back to er w my sibling. When I called the office to be able to ck on her they said she was not there nor would they call the room # .88yr old handicap whom I know was dropped back off I even helped her into the room . I had to leave the ER again to go ck on her thank God that hadn't done anything to her & she was fine.& hadn't fallen herself. Although they seem to have thought it was funny I DID NOT ‼️‼️‼️

Please DO NOT RENT from here!!!! My daughter and I got horrible bedbug bites all over on 1/27 /25 to 1/28/25. Unfortunately we couldn't get our money bk nor sue them. I did call the Henry County Health Department and I hope they made they fix their problem that they didn't care about ppl. I'd rather sleep in my car. Not worth the price to get bites and possibly bring them Home Very Expensive to Get Rid of. Total Shame

Pets are $10 per day and it’s $20 for two! For a weekly stay, that is $140! There weekly business stay is low but when you had the pet fee, it is ridiculous. Lots of people hanging out in parking area smoking weed & loud. We went to Super 8 where only $25 per pet fee was charged for entire week. $50 total and i always pick up after my pets and sweep the room when i leave. The lack of grass area for animals and their stupid pet daily fee is why we left. If you love dogs; don’t go here. The Super 8 is only minutes away:)

Quite possibly the rudest and downright nosiest management I’ve ever come across. Had a friend stop by to visit for 15 minutes and in that 15 minutes the front desk called three times, wanting to know what my guest was doing there. And there was one towel one rag and no hangers. Plus it was in the 20s and the heat didn’t work.

Despite several times telling them that this "new" AC unit doesn't blow cold like other rooms... she just comes out and sets it where I already have it... there's been no AC for a month. Didn't request another room because there wasn't any other first floor smoking 2 bds available. Rates are okay...3 people and 1 dog was $520/week and it is located in a good spot for shopping etc. Wifi likes to go on and off. They come off really nice at first but can turn mean quickly.
