Knights Inn North Attleboro

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. I booked a room with a queen bed for 2 people from the 13th to the 15th 2026 through booking .com . I received a picture of the room that I reserved which I was very happy with the way it looked . The evening when my fiancé and I went over to check in my fiancé wanted to use tap and pay which the man at the office refused to take and my fiancé ended up having to use his debit card instead. We went to our room and discovered it was not the same room as the one sent to me in a picture . We went back to the office to explain this to the man there and he became very rude and defensive with us and told us the room in the picture I was sent was a king size bed room but on my picture said queen . Booking.com contacted him to resolve this

*WARNING* I spent $112 for this room expecting it to be decent. It wasn’t. They were human hairs and pubic hairs all over the floor, the bed felt like a pullout couch, spring bed with very little padding, and the AC heater unit on the wall was broken and made extremely loud noises every 30 minutes consistently waking me up every 30 minutes for a terrible night of sleep. The owners of this hotel should be embarrassed at how disgusting this place is.

Room was extremely Smokey despite their being a $250 fine for smoking on sight. The hotel offered some spray but it was ineffective. Room had a bathtub but no drain stopped and when asked they said they didn’t have any. Poor.

Positive: The price. Negative: I didn’t like that the windows didn’t seem to have a lock function. Also based off the images I saw online I thought they updated the flooring but it was a very very old and kinda gross carpet.

Service at the front desk was great. 40$ Recommended to have at hand for Immediate Refund of the room, but the room was clean, stairs well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you traveling or need a place to crash to sleep to stop by here.
