Knights Inn Montgomeryville

After checking into the room we checked out about 10 minutes later. The room we had smelled like cigarettes, bathroom door was cracked and struggled to open and close it, there was mold above the bathroom door and shower, our door didn't lock I closed the door several times and it did not lock. We went through hotels.com to get a refund and we have video and photo evidence of the poor and hazardous conditions and the owner has been uncooperative refusing a refund

Tired, smelly, worn out, bleak, and depressing. My favorite though is pieces of plywood tacked up to the edge of the exterior walkway. Why? They ran the place into the ground though not sure if the property ever had character. Rooms are cheap, sort of, but still poor value. Possibly a better nights sleep in the car vs. staying awake wondering about what else lives in the room.

I had a family member check in this hotel on Christmas Eve around 3am and was asked to leave immediately at 11am when arrived. He asked just for a little bit more time because he checked in late, however that was not giving and the employees there asking him to leave very rude and disrespectful. These workers at this hotel have no empathy for customers and lack professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel.

It isn't the Ritz, but is still perfectly acceptable. Rooms are a pretty modern and clean. AC works like a dream. 🥶😆 Only real downside to this place is the location. It's right on 309 and can only be accessed from one direction. You can also only leave the parking lot in one direction, so depending on which way you need to go, or are coming from, you might need to make a loop that's out of the way to get to the other side of 309. But it's central to everything in Montgomeryville otherwise. There's a Wawa nearby if you want snacks. The lobby at the motel is rather limited
