Knights Inn Macedonia

We had a great time. This motel was in a good location to get food and go to walmart. The staff was very nice and helpful when we accidentally left the key cards in the room, someone was there to get us a new one right away. The room really felt clean and the bed was comfy. It wasn’t busy and the area felt safe. Overall it was exactly the experience we were hoping for.

It could be better but the price is reasonable, front desk is helpful!

The most careless motel ever. Daryl tried to lie to me and disabled women after paying for a week. They wanted more money after we paid. They were careless about our important schedule because of greed. We ended up wasting the day to find another motel. They were rushing a disabled women to leave on short notice who had alot of stuff to move out. They knew she had no ability to move stuff so all the work was on me. These people ate careless liars and I don't advise anyone to stay at this disrespectful and ignorant motel. Unprofessional people like Daryl are the worst type of people for this country. I advise people to report their concerns to knights inn corporate office to investigate this location for fraud and false advertising

I checked in and was told I had an option of rooms between 151 and 105, I went to 151 it smelled terrible and the bathroom looked disgusting. I told her I would take 105. My daughter calls me at work stating that she seen two roaches. When she told the front desk they told her there was no bugs in the facility and it might have come from outside. I left work and in that time of leaving and arriving my daughter killed another roach. I arrived and spoke to the lady at the front desk and she kept saying it came from outside, that is was a brand new room. She then offers me another room with no microwave or fridge to sleep in for the night or to check out and go somewhere else… I would never recommend this place to anyone and the health department needs to shut this place down.
