Knights Inn Bristol

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The room was filthy-surfaces were visibly dirty, the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the overall condition was unacceptable for any paying guest. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The beds had hair in them and one even smelled like pee. Left first thing in the morning.

My husband and I are unfortunately homeless at the moment and we love staying here because it’s fair priced and you get everything you need in the room! Quiet place with a nice staff and strong WiFi!! There’s a Wawa across the street and there’s a bar in the same lot as the hotel (it’s still quiet when the bar is busy)!

I've been at this hotel for 2 months now. I already left a review, but this is an update to add another star.The staff have gone out of there way to help me. I recently got out of hospital and can't walk 100% yet, they continuously grab bags for me and take them upstairs and the front desk girl is great. She's friendly and very accommodating for guests.

Hotel is not this best, but the rooms are clean. They could change the moldy shower curtains, get better wifi because it's horrible, and the television sucks, can't watch one show without it freezing 50 times, that's not an exaggeration. Yes, there's a lot of homeless, but they seem to be friendly, and helpful. Front desk people are nice, and cleaning people are pretty thorough. All in all, if you're in a bind, it's not bad.
