The owner was so kind and helpful. Told us where we could grab a hot meal after 13hrs of driving. Our room was perfect. Clean , comfortable bed and a HUGE TV. They had coffee to go in the morning and we got to meet thier sweet puppy. There is also a liquor store right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to call the desk dude since the bell apparently didn't work. The quoted price was given after questioning the price he tried to charge us when we checked in, on the phone we were quoted 69 a night, he wanted 83 per night but dropped. To be fair, the regular manager was gone on death in family leave. The room was warm. There were black spots on the pillow cases, not sure what that was. A large burned spot in the middle of the well worn carpet. Only one hard wooden chair in the room. When we plugged in the fridge it was so loud we immediately unplugged it once again. The wall around the air conditioner was damaged and looked bad. No hangers in the closet, well no closet to mention just a bar across a small alcove. We went out early January and had a TON of fun. The owners are great and really down to earth. Lodging was perfect, they even did a fish fry for our entire group one night. Super impressed, going back next year!

The staff were incredibly kind and professional the rooms were amazing. I would say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in while on the road. Truly a wonderful experience.

My husband and I spent 4 days in June. Matt took us fishing each day and made sure we caught our limit. We stayed in the lodge which had comfortable beds to sleep 6 people. The lodge also had a full kitchen which was handy and very affordable. We can't wait to return and do some ice fishing with them.
