Simple adjustments and this place could be great. 1. Ashley’s communication needs drastic work, whether a phone call or in person she was inconvenienced by guest’s presence. Larry, maintenance worker, was extremely hospitable, welcoming and friendly. 2. Have some sort of office schedule that's accurate & posted. 3. Have a bin at the multi-use court so it’s usable when the office is closed until the RV Park is staffed appropriately. 4. Hire someone that has a desire for the space to be welcoming, especially when that person lives onsite. Simple fixes from management and this would have been a different review. Our 2 week visit 10/2025 was a huge let down. Ashley’s communication to us on arrival was “what name?” and when we asked which way to approach from she answered “it doesn’t matter” on

The pads are nice and level and it has power. We were not given a wifi password, so no points there. The frost free for our space was leaking and would not shut off all the way, the water was running continously. It was after 3pm when we arrived so no staff on site or I would have requested another site. The bathroom had sign that said closed for the season, so no points there. The only thing we really got was a plug in. I give it a thumbs down.👎 👎👎

Pros: This is a beautiful, well planned park and staffed with great people.||Best bathrooms in all the parks we have stayed at (over 200), laundry room too! Great views. Close to everything.||Cons: NO cable. I realize a lot of people have on board satellite. However some of us for a one night stay don't want to go thru the hassle of set up. We have Starlink, setup was great.||It is next to Hwy 97 at time noisy with traffic and Jake brakes. Trains, lots of them, but never heard them at night.||Overall an enjoyable week will book again when coming thru Klamath Falls.

Stayed here for a week in Sept 2025. Large spaces, easy access with our 46' toy hauler. Buildings and Landscaping was clean and looked new. The one person staffing the office was helpful. From what I gathered the management was being replaced and they were short staffed. Hot Tub hours were limited. Advertised dog wash was not working. Very nice place, but not sure "Resort" is accurate.

Exploring the Differences Between an RV Park and an RV Resort ... An RV resort is distinguished from an RV park or campground by its emphasis on luxury and comfort, offering upscale amenities and services like swimming pools, fitness centers, spas, restaurants, organized activities, and well-maintained, spacious sites with full hookups. These features create a comprehensive, resort-like experience focused on leisure and relaxation, often in scenic locations, providing a premium environment for travelers. This place had a hot tub, sign said adult time from 8pm till 10pm. We were really looking forward to using it after hiking all day at Crater Lake. No luck. After reaching out to customer service, we were told the hot tub closes at 7pm. The sites were nice and full hookups. Concrete pads.
