Kiteville Lancaster

This place is an absolute disgrace and should not be advertised as a motel. The photos online are completely misleading, and what you actually walk into is something closer to a rundown, poorly maintained housing facility with long-term tenants living on the first floor. Nothing about this property resembles a legitimate hotel experience. The cleanliness is appalling. The hallways are filthy, the ceilings are falling apart, wires and lamps are hanging loosely, and the carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The common areas are a complete mess—bikes thrown everywhere, random old appliances scattered around, stained floors, and a general smell and appearance of neglect. The room itself was disgusting. Wow Kiteville... It started with the check in code invalid. Hours later this is where we were. You suck. I called customer service twice, emailed multiple times and they are still charging me for the night I didn't get a room. BTW they don't have a front desk, which customer service will attempt to call. Do yourself a favor and don't book a room with them. Still waiting for my refund

This place is horrible. The room was filthy and smelt like urine and mold. We tried everything to get the smell out. The carpet was damp and turned the bottom of my white socks black. All of the rooms have the same door code (I accidentally entered the wrong room). The heater wreaked of death when I turned it on. The facility manager did nothing to assist. It was so bad that we left the place after our first night and found a different hotel. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Booked a room for a client that was coming from out of state for 1 night. They arrived at the hotel and were so disgusted by the condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness that they left and went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express. Save yourself some time and aggravation and just book your room at the Holiday Inn Express. You will be much happier! And this is a non-refundable hotel, meaning you pay for it whether you can safely stay there or not!

Booked through Expedia on behalf of 21 year old son. As soon as he entered the room he called me saying was terrible and couldn't stay here. Called the hotel and was told to email pictures. Sent email immediately. He (Zeck) responded " I dont think this little things are unacceptable, please get in touch with Expedia for refund request." Called Expedia who said the hotel was offering a half credit because he stayed in the room. He called as soon as he saw how bad the room was and wasn't in the room more than 10 minute's.
