Stayed during a fishing trip. The room was about 70.00 for 2 beds. The shower was very small, but the room was clean and it had recently been painted. The TV had cable and it was a nice TV. Together we has 2 rooms and the other room the shower was a bit larger. The others could hear the train that rolled thru twice during the night. I didn't hear them. It was good enough for a few guys on a fishing trip and I would stay again. No fish, smoking or pets.
Really cute place.. friendly staff... downside bed is small af and old af if you like sleeping on concrete this is the room floor u... the bed is an old extremely firm coil mattress with absolutely no give or comfort whatsoever...pillows are thin and flat. Towles are small and rough... but it's cheap so you get what u pay for...
Called the 24th and reserved a room for Sat Mar 26. Called Sat to confirm but no answer. Left a message they never returned call. Got there sat night and the place was locked up but Open light was on. Knocked on office door no answer. Looked in window and it was trashed. Other customers in parking lot said they were leaving because no one there to book them in. Business next door called owner who sent someone over.. They said I had no reservation. Tried to put me in another empty room but when we opened it there were cats on the bed and beer bottles everywhere.. Room next door was also trashed.. Owner got us a room in his other hotel The Lakeway. I left messages for owner to call me but he never did. Paid in cash at other lakeway and they wrote me receipt on notebook paper. We have s
Booked 2 rooms, 2 nights, for 4 people. 1st room had no bath towels both nights. 2nd room had light bulbs out, no waste basket period and had a closet with no hangers. $274.00 for nearly nothing. Called office after first night and no one would answer the phone, what a joke of a place. One star because we were out of the rain, that's about it.
Our room smelled of strong mold and high humidity like the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Took 5 hours with the AC on full blast to even begin to cool the room down. We woke up and tried to use the coffee pot that we thought came with our room and the previous filter was left in it and was DISGUSTING. It was filled with mold so I took it to the office and the gentleman in there tried to tell me that the coffee pots didnt even come with the rooms (where the hell did it come from then?!) And that he was sorry! Didnt take any percentage off of what we owed for the stay or anything! When I told him that maybe they should clean the rooms better he tried to get an attitude!! Beds were horrible and creaky, one bed wouldnt even stay on the frame until we put the frame back together!! Only gave
