Kingston Inn Roanoke

Don't come here if you expect quiet or respectful people. Stayed here a week and the first night I had to call the police for a domestic incident right next door. Only good thing about the rooms is they don't have bugs.

Rough experience. Probably because it was short notice so I got a bad room. Almost everything was broken. Women at the front desk was more then helpful though and kind.

IT IS A ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY AND SURE LIVE. THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. BETWEEN THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS THEY DONT CHANGE THE SHEETS .... THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU RECEIPTS FOR WHAT U PAID AND SWEAR UP AND DOWN YOU OWE THEM MORE MONEY. THERE ARE BEDBUGS AND WATER LEAKS OUT THE SINKS AND BATH TUBS....WATER RUN DOWN THE WALLS. THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE. THIS PLACE A REAL PIECE OF WORK.

I had just relocated to Roanoke....strange city.....didn't know anyone or my way around. I needed a place to stay for a month until I got settled. The Knights Inn gave me a really good monthly rate. The room I had was very clean, the appliances were good and fit my needs. The swimming pool was very nice for the short time I used it until the weather became too cold. The room I had (facing Williamson Rd) was quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the coffee was always hot! They advertise a morning breakfast, but it was never much to brag about....however, that was ok with my needs because I always ate breakfast in my room or out anyway. I stayed at the Knights Inn in Roanoke, VA for like six weeks and while they seem to be the cheapest rooms to stay weekly but you get what you paid for. It's pretty grimy like bad motel rooms can be, the carpets are pretty gross you feel like you want to stay off them and not want to be on them bare feet. The shower curtain was pretty gross too and you didn't get the feeling that they really clean the place before people move in, not at all. There are some sketchy looking people that are staying there that like to sit outside a lot and can be really loud and obnoxious, especially on the weekends.
