Rooms are very clean and quiet. Management is very good here. The rates are affordable. I feel safe and comfortable here

This motel is well worn but clean and budget friendly. It is a little off the beaten path but is quiet and I have always had a decent nights sleep. The beds are ok but the pillows are a little full for my comfort. I prefer a room on the ground floor. The shower heads in the rooms I have stayed in were very low so if you are over 6 feet tall you might want to look elsewhere. All in all if you are budget conscious and don't require a lot of amenities this could be the place for you to stay on your Branson visit.

Michelle is wonderful. The staff at Kings needs more training in both process and customer service. Was never contacted about the room we had rented after jumping through hoops due to lack of staff training. The rooms are large but outdated. The price is good for the area. The idea as well that the staff would come inspect your room every week was odd but it seems to cater to foreign students so maybe they have had issues in the past. Pool was closed also due to other guests not following rules. Disappointing.

This hotel is located very close to "The Mansion" theater. It is easy to find. I arrived later in the evening and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. My room was on the lobby level. They do have elevators available. I was a little skeptical of what I would get, based on the inexpensive price. But the room was clean. The bathroom was very clean. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. I can tell you I have stayed in other hotels in Branson that cost more and were not as nice. It's not the Ramada, but you don't pay that high price either. Because of price they don't offer a full breakfast, but I am fine with that.

I will be honest, this hotel shows age. The first room did not have pillow top mattresses, so they did move us. However, I do not appreciate the 24 hour advance cancellation policy. Maybe before you arrive, however, I felt pressured to go ahead and pay for the second night, because they "could not guarantee" we would keep the same room. The pool area is clean and nicely kept. Our room was clean, however, the air conditioner is outdated, and the vents stayed facing the ceiling, therefore, our room remained hot (as it reach 104 degrees outside). This morning, I used tissues and tucked them into the face of each bar on the venting system (to keep them facing forward), which seems like it will help. It is nice to see these older hotels being reopened, and I wish them much success.
