The inn does the bare minimum to provide a nice experience The room was clean and the ac worked. But the staff was surly and appeared bored. The breakfast was minimal, and if you have any food allergies there are no other options And beware as there is no elevator. So if you are traveling in the area with a cooler (as most folks are) you will need to carry it, and any luggage upstairs. There are other, much better options in Cody

Staying here was a great experience. The lobby is decorated with real taxidermied animals. The person at the front desk, Janelle went above and beyond. She helped us get an accessible room that met my grandparents' needs. (If you're disabled, you know how hard it is to get a roll-in shower! Call ahead and they will help you.) They took great care of us and I can't recommend them enough. The rooms are a little worn and the carpets could use replacing. I would recommend this hotel.

Booked their suite, which ironically was called the "presidential suite"! We have mixed reviews as you can see with just a three star rating. Our room was comfortable with a separate living area and a king and queen beds in the bedroom. Seemed clean and the beds are comfortable. The cost for this area was reasonable. As mentioned by some the breakfast is very,very limited. So much we only used it once in our stay. Only waffle machine, coffee, toast or bagel and two cereal selections. If you want low carb this isn't the breakfast area you want. The bathroom is a lot to be desired for the presidential suite. No tub and the shower is literally a 30 in by 30 inch area. It was a fun experience walking in and seeing all the animals. We had a great room, the best bed of our trip. It was a suite so all of us slept comfortably! The breakfast wasn't the greatest, just waffles, cereal, some fruit. We didn't use the pool due to going out that evening to explore.
