Kings Court Motel

This is a cheap weekly place ,but they have a list of cons unless you dont care to have these amenities,and basic needs you typically get when getting a room. They do not provide wifi, phone. When getting a weekly room rate it didn't come with a microwave or fridge, I was told it was extra . They did not supply toiletries nor towels. The room was dirty and they dont offer to clean their bedding. There is no laundry on site either. No vending machine no atm. You can sink wash your items and hang them outside on the bamboo drying rack they made out back. Owner has the tendency to invade privacy . She has used her key to open my room door while I was asleep not a phone call or a anything. Aggressive beating on door and demanding money on the wrong day . I paid once a week and she kept

Esther is great. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. No bugs or any other problems like that. Quiet place, other residents are nice and quiet. Close to gunpowder trails. Easy access to shopping and interstate 95, 695. Air conditioner, parking right in front of room. Weekly or nightly rates. Highly recommend, quiet, clean and simple.

No refrigerator also no mircowave also the room i stayed in had bed bugs. It’s been over a year since my last visit. Recently had a few jobs in the area up there. I kinda was hoping that this motel would have have hopefully gotten somewhat better. Boy was I wrong. I was in a different room than last time I stayed. It was still horrible. There’s a reason why there only $50 a night. Still infested with bed bugs, stink bugs. Rooms are filthy. Blankets and sheets have cigarette burns all over them. So do yourself a favor and stay as far as away from this place.
