Absolutely beautiful establishment. Very clean, nice, roomy, and cozy for all guests. The grounds are just as beautiful as well!

Excellent place for a group willing to cook and clean up. A variety of sleeping room sizes, and one large common room with up to six round tables and maybe forty or fifty chairs. Deck with a pleasant forest view and fans overhead. The kitchen is compact, so it's a challenge to have more than about three people preparing or cleaning at once. But it has utensils and dishes, and a dishwasher. A 3/4 mile trail behind connects to the park visitor center. Basketball court adjacent.

Had an amazing weekend with family and friends. There are plenty of rooms for our large group. The kitchen a bit small but it served it’s purpose so can’t really complain. The main room is spacious. We set the tables and chairs for our Thanksgiving dinner and it looked awesome! Best weekend ever. Will definitely stay again.

We come each year for our family reunion. Very well maintained. Plenty of sleeping areas. Kitchen is a bit small. Could use another stove and oven. Large family area. Separate bathrooms for Men and Women. A couple of BBQs and out side bench seating. A beautiful deck with a view. Right on Lake Ft Smith.

Very nice place, except that the rest rooms are on separate ends of the building. No climate control for each room, everyone has to be the same, roast or freeze. Beautiful surroundings and lots of outdoor space to do things.
