Kinder Hawk Schoolhouse Vacation Rental

Cheryl was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. The house is so quaint and just what we were looking for. It was close to home but feels like a world away. We enjoyed the patio for relaxing and checking out all the wild life.The pond was the perfect place to fish and swim. We really enjoyed the welcome basket. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here!

Rooms: it's a beautiful little place. Service: if you forgot something, they have you. I try not to use that stuff but it happens. Hospitality second to none. Location: Subjective. Cabelas and Cigar International are not far. I'm here for a wedding. Not real sure what's around. We went to Jim Thorpe which is 45 mins away. Do shop before coming. Not much close to here for food. The sounds in the morning are beautiful. Sheep, turkey, cow. Nice views. The Hawk sanctuary is a couple miles for hiking and more. They have the best neighbors you could ask for ;) Very quiet. Won't bother you any.

Quaint little one-bedroom home. Very well-kept and stocked with little surprises. They certainly go and beyond. Great communication. I wish I was staying longer. Maybe next time.

Kinder Hawk is so cozy and peaceful, perfectly clean, and has lots of great amenities (including gas fireplace, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and patio with grill, surrounded by beautiful scenery). Highly highly highly recommend, wish I could give it six stars.

Secluded, wonderful welcome, beautiful scenery, and when it snows the fireplace comes in handy! Loved the welcome basket with fresh food!
