Kimpton EPIC Hotel

A very nice hotel in the center of Miami. I was on the 23rd floor and had a really nice, big room with a great view. The interior is modern and everything was in a really good condition. Rooms have been made up every day and it felt just good to be there. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub plus two basin. The overall impression was great and the only thing that I missed was a coffee machine within the room. Apart from that there was really nothing I could complain about. Just a really nice hotel with good service and great rooms.

The location was great with walking distance to Brickell, downtown, local port with outdoor market to get on the boat ride to view the millionaires mansion. There were small issues that hotel staff addressed immediately. Room service prices were reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Cannot beat the beautiful view from the room. I would return.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent location. Check in was busy and very slow. Valet is a zoo. I recommend getting breakfast included if you can (you receive a voucher), totally worth it. Breakfast is not a buffet, but made to order. Make a reservation for breakfast, it gets VERY busy. Did not eat in the lobby restaurant. It would be nice if there was a lobby bar (you have to go to the pool restaurant bar). We had a corner suite, which was fantastic. Plenty of space, totally worth it. Comfortable bed, great view, huge balcony, large comfortable sitting room, huge bathroom (the bath took ages to fill). Huge shower. Robes but no slippers (but they soon sent some up!), full minibar/coffee but no corkscrew (but they soon sent one up!). Great service. Regular rooms were nice too. Whole Foods 2 blocks aw

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the hotel showed no interest in guest care. I called twice in advance to let them know we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and both times I was assured they would take care of it. This place turned out to be a very bad choice for such a special occasion. If you’re planning something meaningful with your spouse or looking to celebrate an important moment, I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.
