Very low pricing, and the cabins are extremely well kept, even though they're pet friendly, and so are the boats. Very quiet atmosphere. More than worth the price. They have boat or boat engine rentals, cabins of differing sizes, lots of parking, a small swimming area at the lake with a slide & platform, all of which are within easy walking distance from every cabin - but not so close that you get the noise from it. (Lifejackets and such available) Multiple fish cleaning shacks & a volleyball court. Fully stocked kitchen of cookware & appliances in each cabin, with a small grill outside. Pet friendly. The entire lake area also has cellphone coverage in case of emergencies. The only downsides are there's no wifi, and the cabins don't have AC, but since every cabin has a mosquito-netted wi

It's rustic and simple, set back in the woods along the lake. No AC in the cabins so you have to sort out using fans correctly. People are all friendly including other guests. WiFi access is available to a degree but it's not easily accessible unless you are in or near the main building. Overall it is a great place to be in-between camping and staying in a full blown resort with all accomodations. It's worth the toughing it out.

Someone from our family has been going here since 1929 and we fill the resort with extended family for a week every year. What a treasure this place is, run by an amazing family!

I love this resort. My family has been going since the 1960s and we have never left. The people who own it are really nice and friendly. It's always a good time the only vacation I look forward to every year.
