Killarney Lake Campground and Boat Launch

Drove an hour and a half to go camping with my wife and 3 young girls under 7. We only do tent camping and the "camp sites" were not camp sites. They are not big enough for even a 6 person tent. We ended up leaving to find something more conducive to our situation. We had a 12' boat we pulled with us and it was very difficult to get turned around because people parked right in the way of the boat ramp. On a positive note the lake did look gorgeous and looked like a good fishing spot.

Beautiful little lake with clean water near the launch for swimming. It feels like it has a lot of minerals in it. If you have to turn around, back your trailer or rig down the boat launch.

The family and I love this lake. It's not heavily visited during the week, and it's a pretty good lake for fishing. Only has 10 camping spots. However, they are mostly intended for RV type towables.

Small lakeshore camping area accessed by a ~3 mile gravel road. Pit toilets and no other services including cell. As others have said limited turn for large rigs. No issues for smaller rigs but camping is allowed on both sides of the road which limits turning space.

The campground is very small, and there's no easy place to turn around if you have a larger rig. The weekend was extremely busy and there aren't enough parking spaces for day users, so most of the 13 campsites get taken up just for day use parking.
