Found Kilaga Springs to be my best workout destination,especially since I live right next to it! I play water volleyball there too, so much fun! It’s a small gym, but has all the right equipment to workout, classes a lap pool and hot tub. Since it’s a Spa you can get facials, massages and a mani pedi. The Spa and cafe are open to the public. If you are a SCLH resident you can enjoy billiards, movies, shows and ping pong.
From 20 years experience, the gym and pool are great places to exercise, plus to get a Cafe snack before or after. The Cafe does close early afternoon. The patio ambience is lovely.
