KEYSTONE LAKE RV PARK LLC

Well the owner finally showed his face around here after almost 2 years of me living here and still can't get anybody to manage the tenants properties. He didn't make them make much improvements I mean still our mail will be late probably have to pay late payments on bills because she doesn't get out there and put them in them mailbox in time. Which I'm almost pretty sure it's illegal for her to be delivering her mail anyway and she's not a certified mailman.

If your looking for a place to call home weather it be temporary seasonal or a permanent resident this place offers covered awnings for a place to park your Rv home. With Utilitys and a shower and Bath House located on the primses just located inside of the Bath & Shower house that is available for residents it also has serval full size washers and dryers to do Laundry. The folks that are running the place are pretty easy goin and forgiving of anyone who has past felonies or have had any problems with rental issues due to police records or credit checks ! This place will give everyone a second chance! That has had any of these problems its No problem! Different prices for the Rv lots that they have available. You dont pay for any utilities just your lot rent you have sewage hook ups for

They tell you free cable no cable period because there isn't cable from Cim Tel anymore. Also they don´t tell you that you can only get internet service at one end of park because they don´t bury cable lines underneath roads. Oh and cimtel is all you can get out here ATT doesn´t come out here like many others. The internet that is I guess for the park signal is like always kicking you on and off and I mean always. So if you work from home or want to watch anything off basic channels which also gets horrible signal out here. So if you want your stuff outside and your RV smelling like cat pee no cable options or internet options then this is your place. I was more specific because I know these things matter and should always be disclosed to possible new tenants! Plus they let this one guy s

I've lived here and would move in here again and again. Manages are great and very helpful. If rating this camper park I'd give it 5 stars

We've only been here a month but we love it. The management is wonderful, the park is quite and the people are so nice. The other great thing is you're not packed in like some other parks. And it's pet friendly 😊😊
