Keswick Hall

We stayed at Keswick over New Year’s and really enjoyed the hotel, especially the spa, extremely professional front desk service and the lovely dinner we had at Crawford’s. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and they are dog friendly in the best way. However, we had a very unpleasant interaction at Marigold and getting someone at the hotel to at a minimum acknowledge that after the fact was like pulling teeth — not something you want from a five star resort. That was overall disappointing and will cause us to reconsider another visit to an otherwise lovely hotel. UPDATE: It’s been two weeks since Keswick responded below that management would reach out regarding this review and they have not, so case in point.

Top notch hotel with great service and amenities. We loved our stay at Keswick and celebrated our anniversary during our stay. Restaurant on site is delicious. We ate there several times. Highly recommend and be sure to try the spa! Loved the gift shops on property and the BMW cars available for daytime activities. Will return.

We had the most fantastic time at Keswick Hall for our anniversary mini-getaway. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. They went above and beyond in so many ways—upgrading our room when they learned it was our anniversary, leaving a personalized note, and even creating the most beautiful bouquet of freshly cut flowers for my husband to give me on our actual anniversary day. The food at Marigold was unmatched, and the spa treatments were truly the best we’ve ever experienced. The golf course was stunning—beautifully maintained and serene, with incredible views that made it a memorable part of our stay. My husband and I spent 3 relaxing nights over the Christmas holiday at Keswick Hall. It is a lovely property with various rooms and nooks to gather or sit quietly, including a billiards room, a library, a bar, a small coffee shop, and two larger sitting rooms behind the front desk. ||Our room was spacious, clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and had a large terrace overlooking the beautiful golf course. We lucked out and had warm weather on our first day, enabling us to enjoy the terracein winter.||The hotel has a low-key vibe for the holidays with subtle decorations. Service from the moment you step in the door is amazing, rooms are spacious to say the least. BMW experience is a super cool bonus to getting around town in. Mari gold is is above and beyond in all facets. 5 ⭐️ + resort IMO
