All the necessities done well, clean, comfortable bed, clean towels, hot shower, we arrived very late in the owner greeted us at about 2 AM. I was very surprised and pleased! The setting is very peaceful and serene.

A charming hotel with its own style - old-fashioned in a good way, yet offering modern comforts like air conditioning, excellent bathrooms, and good internet. Peaceful, clean, and cozy, with lovely outdoor seating by the firepit under the stars.

My wife and I stayed here on a Sunday evening after attending the Bethel Woods Harvest Festival in early October. |Located on spacious and attractive grounds, it is a charming property at the foot of the Catskills. |Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a very nice breakfast at the group table the next morning. |America, the hotel's proprietor, along with her grown son and daughter, couldn't have been more accommodating. Personal service is their forte.

We had a concert at Bethel Woods and found this sweet home away from home online. America and her family made us feel like we were adopted and we loved spending time with them. Simple breakfasts are a communal affair and there's never a lack of company. We especially loved the fire pits that are lit every night, either just sitting and reading our books or meeting up with other guests. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

Came here to stay for a concert and it blew our expectations! The owners are so wonderful and make it feel like home. Highly recommend spending some time at this lovely spot!
