Kelly's RV Park

I have been wintering here for 5 years. I usually rent a mobile home, however last year and this year I stay with my daughter wo does rent a lot. We hosted a New Year's Pot Luck Dinner on December 27th and it was very well attended. The food was amazing, the decorations were sweet, and the people all contributed in one way or another. Jackie did a fabulouse job getting the Community Building in top order for the event. we hope to bring in a few new and old activities in the near future. I would recommend Kelly's RV to anyone, long term or overnight! As for daily life, trash is picked up as scheduled, set your propane tanks our and the are picked up in a timely manner and returned, If you have an issue, you can address it with Ian, Jackie or leave a message on the phone. Stayed a week and really enjoyed the full hookups and pull thru sites. Water pressure good. WIFI not really great. Older crowd is quiet, lots of walking area for pets, Laundry services very clean. Small town nearby but Lake City 20 mins away. Would stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two months while traveling for work, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If you have the chance to stay at Kelly's you absolutely should. Pros: -Cheapest price around, we paid around $350 per month (plus electricity) for a 50- amp, full hook up spot for our 38.5 ft fifth wheel. -The park is incredibly safe. We kept our Starlink on the ground because there was a tree blocking the view of the sky above our camper. We never put a lock on the Starlink or our grill, even when we left for a long weekend in St. Augustine. No one messed with our stuff. - Everyone is friendly! I’ve lived at Kelly's RV Park for over 6 years, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. This isn’t just a place to park your RV—it’s a true community. I absolutely love my neighbors! Everyone looks out for each other, and there’s always a friendly wave or a helping hand when you need it. The regular get-togethers and potluck meals are a highlight, bringing everyone together to share great food, laughter, and stories. The park is well-maintained, peaceful, and safe, with all the amenities you could need. After so many years here, I can say with confidence that Kelly's RV Park isn’t just where I live—it’s where I belong.

Worst experience with "management" I have ever had in my many years of camping. Although I did not violate any rules, I was lied to, addressed disrespectfully and falsely accused. Although I expect "management" to deny this, I stand by my claims and my honest desire to spare my other fellow full-timers the same truly unpleasant experiences.
