We count our lives in years, but we measure them in moments. Most Tuesdays come and go without a sound, but sometimes, you need a Tuesday to sing. For my wife Kimberly’s 65th birthday, we weren't just looking for dinner; we were looking for a memory. We found exactly that at the Keeter Center. We chose this place not just for the reputation of its kitchen, but for the spirit of "Hard Work U." There is a special dignity in being served by students who are earning their education through service. That atmosphere of care permeates everything here, from the greeting at the door to the final clearing of the table. You aren't just a customer; you are a guest in their house of learning. I CANNOT express enough what a great experience this was! First to know the back story that students can graduate debit free is amazing in itself but the fact it is totally self sustaining and student ran just magnifies this! The food was absolutely phenomenal and it’s all farm to table. They have a wide variety of items! Students greet you, seat you and serve you. The shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had! I can’t recommend this enough!!! The campus is amazing as well!
