Kasa Wynwood Miami

The concierge and/or customer service at this location is a combination of AI chatbots, offshore call centers, and a guy who smokes weed in the stairways every night. The area is also loud and unsafe after hours. Would not stay again.

My partner and I have spent every summer in Miami (usually Airbnb). The issue with that is that we don't really know what we will be supplied with, and end up spending hundreds of dollars in kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, extra bedding— you name it. We stumbled upon Kasa when looking for a rental and decided to give it a shot. I am so glad we did and will continue to use Kasa every time. The 24 hr concierge answered our questions and concerns (not really any concerns at all, actually) promptly and professionally. The unit was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked. Top of the line appliances, and in the best part of Wynwood. I highly recommend staying here as its guaranteed that you'll have a pleasant stay!

Do not stay here. They do things like tow your car from the garage and then try to charge you for old damages to the unit after you leave. Do not stay here.

The apartment, as well as the entire building, is amazing. Kasa was very responsive and addressed all our issues very quickly. We even decided to sign a 12-month lease with AMLI after that, thanks to Kasa!
