Was there for 2 nights. -check-in was a breeze -customer service was wonderful -would prefer a tv in the bedroom -would prefer to have more than one towel for the bathroom -was planning on using the sofa bed, but it was FILTHY under the cushions -since it's actually an apartment rather than a hotel, there were trash bags laying in the corridor when I checked in, and it was still there when I check out -I don't know what the STC rating is for their floor assembly, but you can hear people above walking from time to time
First time here, Kasa was as described when booked. Amazing view if your on the 4th floor. Very clean and organized as mentioned. Easy instructions to follow for check in and alot of amenities to do. Will be back for sure
Well maintained apartment for a quick business stay. Great interiors, comfortable rooms, ... Wish the connectivity was better and food options closeby / walkable...
