Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami was exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained, with spacious rooms and stunning views of the city and bay. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.||What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service—especially from the concierge, Andres Meneses. Andres went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. JW Marriott Marquis Miami delivers on its promise exceptionally well. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and overall guest experience truly reflects a luxury standard. Roselyn and Eddie at the front desk reception were amazing — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely attentive, making the arrival and stay feel seamless and special. Their service really set the tone for an outstanding experience. That said, I was disappointed with our interaction at the Boulud Sud hostess stand. When we asked about happy hour, the hostess’s attitude and judgmental looks based on our attire made us feel unwelcome, and we ultimately decided not to dine there. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience moving forward.

I've stayed at many Marriott hotels over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. We stayed from Thursday to Monday at a rate of $600 per night, which sets a certain expectation for quality and service unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations at all. In addition to the room rate, we were charged $75 per day for parking and a $35 daily destination fee, yet there were no meaningful amenities or services that justified those added costs. To make matters worse, one of our family vehicles was damaged while in the hotel's possession, which was extremely upsetting and added unnecessary stress to our stay. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, and there was no sense of hospitality or support througho

Everything and everyone at this hotel was great. Special shout out to the barista at the Illy coffee shop next to the lounge. We were in town for the WBC. Long days and we needed our coffee fix. He took care of us a couple times (b4 12) on Saturday March 7.

Truly impressed and enjoyed my quick stay here. The young lady at check-in, don’t remember her name but I know she went to FAU, she was absolutely amazing and super helpful in making sure my stay was perfect. Loved the lounge as an elite member, and the amenities were one of a kind - a full basketball court, rooftop pool, game room & bowling were such a bonus to this property. Valet was easy, be sure to request your vehicle ahead of time using the phone number they provide. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, along with the most comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with a tv at the sink! Will happily stay here again and recommend to others.
