The attendant doesn't speak English but everyone who stays their does. That's strange. No one there can watch the television in the rooms because they don't come with remotes and are in Spanish. We were told to download the ROKU remote however the tv wasn't set up to the WIFI. I tried to use Google translate to talk to the attendant but he just essentially showed me away. It appears the people who are there have taken residency. It's all about the green 🤑 that's the only language they honor or respond to.

Not what you expect. Definitely not recommended for tourists. Not near anything worth experiencing. It is located in a residential area. Walgreens is 3 blocks away. Rents by the hour or daily. The parking lot is not private, but you may be able to park in front of your room.

This place is full of non English speaking workers who DO NOT care about the cleanliness of this establishment. If you are an English speaking person, do not expect to get any help from any one..at the front desk or maintenance. My first night there I had to call the police because someone was trying to get into my room and when I complained to management about it. And asked to move me to a front room in the public’s view I was pushed to the side and never helped. My car was broken into TWICE here and my card was stolen..good thing my card was off and they weren’t able to purchase anything. BUT ITS THE PRINCIPAL. The rooms smell like straight cigarettes and are infested with roaches . Good thing while I was there I was able to get that terrible smell out with smell good candles and I kept

I was going to stay there but the lady that answered the phone didn’t understand what i was saying even though im bilingual, spanish is my first language, but i said si tienen weekly or monthly rates . She said no entiendo and just hung up on me . I called back and when she saw it was me again she was screaming NO TE ENTIENDO (i dont understand you) then i said everything i needed to know in spanish. Si tienes precios para rentar semanal o mensual? (If you have monthly or weekly rates) She said no really fast and hung up on me again!!! Terrible front desk customer service. I don’t want anyone to loose there job but nobody likes to be treated that way she could use a little more customer service skills. Disgusting! Stay away! Within the first 20 min. Of me being in the room I had to kill 9 roaches. I checked out ten min. Later. The room was filthy. The comforter and bed sheets had pubic hairs all over it. I stayed only 30 min. ... They wouldn't give me a refund. The old man at the front desk was very ride and unprofessional. This does not include the prostitutes lingering in the halls.
