Judith Landing Campground

The campsite was beautiful and well kept and we got to witness an amazing thunderstorm and sunset. The problem we had with this campground is that it is located on a small sliver of land between a private landowner and the river. There were many people on the private property being very loud until about 3am. They were shooting off fireworks right over the campground and exploding things into the fire they had going and screaming. I think the bulk of the noise was only 3-4 of the 15-20 people. Our dog was scared by the fireworks and we could not sleep. Someone else in the campground asked them to quiet down (he screamed at them out of frustration) and so they just got louder. We finally drove to where we had service about a mile up the road and called the sheriff who said he'd come out. Kno

Absolutely beautiful serene area right on the river. We loved it! Great hiking area, spent lots of time watching the canoes go by and observing the Osprey. Will definitely return to this peaceful place.

Beautiful day. We were there on a Sunday and most of the campers pulled out midmorning so very quiet and peaceful after people left. Was clean. Areas we used to be able to fish were no longer accessible to the public.

The launch is a little rough, range support is not guaranteed, and the out house was unpleasant...but the campsites themselves are beautiful. It's a lovely stay especially after being on the river for a few days.
