Jones Beach Hotel

Fantastic, family run establishment that stands proudly as an institution in Jones Beach. Great value, friendly and accommodating service. Connected to a lively restaurant that smells great and seems to always be packed. Rooms are clean and modern if only a little small but it's a comfortable clean room. Staff is great, sweetest lady answers during the day. Staff in evening is kind and helpful with good recommendations for local eating and drinking.

The hotel had no closet( never heard of that, ever) , no hangers, no heat. The restaurant, Toto‘s, which is attached to the hotel was excellent though. Great service great food. But I would never stay at this hotel again. Trips.com went above and beyond to help us to cancel the balance of our stay, even though we had a non-refundable Booking. They were incredible. I would highly recommend trips.com.

No closet, (never experienced that ever) no heat no hangers, bathroom was the size of a post card. The restaurant, Toto’s , which is attached to the hotel was excellent though… great food, drinks, outstanding service. Nice atmosphere.

Terrible. No heat at all in my room all night. Freezing. Called the front desk the second night and they told me I had to turn a knib on the furnace to turn the heat on. Had to reach down in corner behind fridge. Idk why I should just know to do that or why it wasn't already done. There was poop left for me in my toilet so it had to be left from the guest before me. Shows how much they clean. I noticed little bedbugs jumping around on my sheets. I had to wait an hour to park in the parking lot by the restaurant. They wanted me to park 2 blocks away. The restaurant owner or manager came out and yelled at me and valet refused to let me park. No way was i parking 2 or 3 blocks away in a snow storm. They did not plow the parking lot after 2 days and I had 4 feet of snow surrounding my car. The

Great no frills botique hotel. Excellent resturant attached. No elevator, stairs only. Very comfortable bed, great water temp and pressure in the shower.
