JJ's Motel

Off the beaten path small motel..|I've stayed there 4 months and found it to be very quiet and clean. Pest control comes often and room inspections for anything that needs done. This is basically a self-serve motel, extended stay; you can bring your own furniture, etc., toiletries and pets. Kroeger delivers groceries, grubHub, Instacart, DoorDash, etc. Lake Wales is only about 8 miles where you have your regular pharmacies, Walmart, hospital etc. I would definitely recommend

A dump. Do not stay there. I had to leave because I had no electricity after an electrical fire. Then he threw me out and didn't refund over $400 he owed me. The owner brags about owning half of Orlando and now I have to serve him to get my money back. The place has the office closed about 90% of the time and the manager doesn't answer your calls after you pay to stay. Good luck!! And i gave then a star because I don't know how to take it off. But wait, before i moved in the manager said there was a boarded up window which would be fixed. I never saw anything fixed. The electrician is invisible. Beware you may burn yourself for their negligence.

This was the worst experience I have ever had!||First off, you do not meet anyone!||Secondly, everything is done over the phone, even when getting your key to your room. It's done via lockbox. ||Once I entered my room I wanted to cry....Roaches everywhere, large ones. ||I was so creeped out I wanted to leave but after hours of driving I was so exhausted. I went to the nearest gas station and purchased Roach spray. ||The next day, I went to Walmart and purchased a broom and a mop, bleach etc. I cleaned that room as good as I could.||....The very next day I received a call from the JJ's Motel owner, yelling aggressively and over talking me. He accused me of not registering my dogs. He then hung up on me so I called him back. I tried to tell him (while he was over talking me and still aggres

My husband and i have been here since may of 2023. We absolutely love how quiet and how nice everyone around is. The property is under new management and they are so helpful when things are brought to their attention, they’re also very kind.

I am so glad that I moved to JJ.s MotelThe apt is beautiful,spacious Deluxe size Management is great Iryna and Monita are so caring so helpful,& considerate The grounds are beautiful mowed perfectly and great for our cats I raise and train young cats they love the apt, and all the grounds full of lush trees and plants The terrazo floors are so easy to clean and the high ceilings are perfect to work under They provide water, wi-fi . air conditioning ,electric and internet sevice It it so great to budget from Rates are truly affordable, Been here 1 year and 1 month am so grateful thanks again Wendy Mason Unit 105
