Jellystone Park™ Holmes County

We've been coming to this campground for many years and always have a great time. There's a lot of activities for the kids, staff are friendly, food is good, and we like the amenities offered. However, the last couple years I will say the cabins haven't been the cleanest. We've stayed in the white cedar chateau cabins which are supposed to be the nicer ones and they need a serious deep cleaning. Right after checking in, I swept the floor with the broom and the amount of dust, dirt, and crumbs was gross. I wiped down the counters and tables and they were dirty, and the amount of dirt and dust under the beds looked like those areas had never been cleaned. There were stains and cob webs on the walls and the cover on the pull out couch wasn't clean. There were flies, ants, and spiders inside.

I will never ever visit this facility again . This was our first trip here and that was plenty for us .First the golf cart riders are absolutely the most disrespectful people I have ever seen at any campground we've ever stayed at . They will not move or stop for vehicles or any other type of traffic. The lower part of the campground is the most over crowded , loudest disrespectful people I've ever seen in my life . There is absolutely no way to relax or let alone sleep at night not to mention all of the drunks driving the golf carts around . You will have everybody else's kids running through your campsites , riding scooters through your site , and god knows whatever else happens when you inside your camper at night. We had a fantastic time! We rented a cabin and it was so nice and clean. Great staff, lots to do! Can’t wait to for are next visit.

We had a great time! It’s an awesome spot for families with plenty of activities for the kids. The jumping pillows were a huge hit, and the Foam Bubble event was a blast—there was so much foam! The main facility and shower house were clean and well-maintained, but the restroom near our rustic cabin definitely needed repair and a serious cleaning. The rustic cabin was very basic—you get what get. The bed was rough on my back, and I actually ended up leaving a day early because of it. Next time, we’ll definitely splurge for one of the nicer cabins. That said, the overall experience was great. The gift shop was fun, the hand-dipped ice cream was perfect for the warm days, and renting a golf cart made it easy to get around. Our Cross Country has these camp here every year for many years. I participated this year with my daughter to help out with meals and chaperoning. This Campground is very beautiful and clean! There are basic shed cabin, yurts, and fancy cabins to choice from. They have huge full hook ups for your travel trailer or RV. If you are more of an outdoor sleeper, there's plenty of shaded tent sites. All the teenagers have a blast running trails, fishing, put putting, movies, and swimming. I could just sit by the fire and admire the rolling countryside with my coffee. This Campground is a must for your family if you like camping with lots s of amenities! Only 15mins from hiking, canoeing, and lazy river tubing at Mohican. A+ camping facility!!!!
