Jellystone Park™ Cranberry Acres

Let me start this off with I completely understand this was the last open weekend for this campground but that does not excuse the issues we have ran into. We have a pull through site in the front lot area. We have consistently had cars FLYING by our site coming from the cabin area above our lot and headed to the exit or coming the entrance and headed up to the cabin area. I’m not joking at least 30 mph like it was the main road. I brought this concern up the lady at the office and got nothing bad attitude from this lady about what’s my proof and to my knowledge did absolutely nothing about the situation. We have two very young kids and that is very unacceptable and awful customer service. Later I decided we wanted to have a fire so I went to purchase two bundles of firewood, not only was

Katherine in the food court was a ray of sunshine! Excellent customer service and quick with taking our order. Zach in the food court was also incredible, saw the both of them working food court and ice cream the week we were here!! Regardless of obvious understaff they were still kind and gave my family great service in a timely manner. The office is friendly as well, water park was the highlight of our stay, and my little cousins who were with us had a blast.

I guess you must pay an extra $40 to guarantee your site. It’s already expensive enough. And a multi million dollar company should not move your site after you have booked. Came here this weekend for our last camping trip of the season. Supposed to have 3 sites together which were all booked and paid in full. That alone should guarantee your site. The last hoorah to spend with grandkids. We planned to cook and eating together nice together. How is that going to happen when we are all separated? We are not happy campers and will never come here again all for $40 to a greedy company. The place itself would not do anything to help us out. Our weekend has been ruined. I hope you’re happy cause we are not!

Booked a multi day RV site online, really wanted to book two sites adjacent, but couldn’t. Overall, things seem well run and fairly painless. I have kids, I travel with kids, there are a lot of kids around the property. The pools are really the only included thing, besides mini golf. Site was almost level, and all hook ups were adequate. Water is tannin stained even with the filter, but has no smell or taste. The grounds are very dusty, it must be a dry year. I would go on a weekday again for sure. Convenient location for Boston or The Cape.

Our family looks forward to Halloween Weekend at Jellystone Cranberry Acres every October, and it never disappoints. The golf cart decorating contest and parade, the site decorating contest, trick-or-treating, and the helicopter candy drop are always a hit. The staff keeps things fun, organized, and welcoming, and it’s become a tradition we all look forward to every year. Highly recommend for families wanting a memorable Halloween experience.
