I came here around a year ago. Most of the bad reviews seem to be about the conditions of the park a couple years ago. The roads have been fixed and its a nice park now, and everyone is nice and keeps to themselves

I moved here three years ago and I absolutely love it! It has some secluded areas surrounded by the woods, a beautiful place to be. Especially for a mobile home park. No rentals out here. Only homes for sale, and they come up very rarely. I've known several people here that have been here over twenty years. Most people that move in here don't ever want to move out. It's the cleanest mobile home park I've seen. A wonderful place to call home.

Do not move here regional manager is very abrasive and rude. They never fix anything even the water. Pay over $200.00 a month for well water that is either yellow or red. They shut off the water with no notice whatsoever. I have a rent to own agreement for 3 years that they are trying to break after 12 months. God forbid you ask them to fix something that they have to fix in your lease. They have had 3 park managers and at least 8 maintenance men in a year. Have one fixing electrical issues with no license. Who does not know what he is doing and likes pushing women.

No one ever answers the phone in the office. They pick and choose who to apply the rules to. We asked for months if we had any other fees to pay (our paperwork for the lot rent and such were not the same) and they said "whatever is on the website is what you pay" we continued to ask about it for 5 months the then finally just started paying what the app said. Then 18 months into us living here we get a 7k rent statements and they were really pushy with us paying it. But we managed to get the money together and it's been a struggle with them since. I used to try to get friends to come here and live, but have since stopped trying due to all of the things we've experienced.

I love it here very clean and quiet. New Manager is very nice and professional. I see her walking through the park rain or shine. I think she needs a golf cart though ☺ for the rainy days. Great place to live so glad I found my home here.
