Jeannies Dream Motel

when we went to check in lady told us there is no rooms when i showed her two confirmations still woundnt let us checkin and told us find another hotel in town. i tried call back later yo speek to manger and her keep hanging up now im out two down payments totaling over 100 dollars. ask trip advisor to help and she wont answer phone. what a way to run a business! this made us later for traim ride in cooperstown train left out us.

The manager is one of the kindest people I have met. He waited hours for us to arrive. The room was super clean. I constantly return now, the best motel in the area.

Great place for my short stay. Room was cozy and had the essential needs. Beautiful view across the street and nearby stores and restaurants was plentiful. Staff were very nice!!

You truly get what you pay for so keep that in mind. We walked in and found we had no toilet paper at even a holder to put a roll on. The floor was dirty. The towels were thin and when we asked for more they wanted to old ones first. But we did eventually get more and barf they smelled like literal moth balls. So they never got used. I guess you have to ask for an A/c unit to be installed. Also we had no shower curtain. But one was brought to us with 4 rings to hang it up with. Luckily we were gone from sun up to sundown. I will say the bed was comfortable

I contacted this hotel 2x by phone. I reserved a room for 1 night, & when my plans changed, I called back & moved the reservation by 1 day. I spoke with Vic each time, who is part of the family that owns the motel. He told me I had a reservation. When I arrived for my stay 2 months later, they had no record of my reservation, & had given someone else my room. They are disorganized & unreliable. Avoid!
