This place is Holy Ground! The Spirit is moving in so many kiddos/youth lives here. If you are considering sending your kid, STOP. Get their face in this place, and their life will be changed!

AMAZING!!!!! The Lord is doing POWERFUL things through the pastors, students, staff, and volunteers. I am personally a camper and am in love with this place. Many healings throughout the week, baptisms in the Holy Spirit, lives devoted to Christ, mental health restored. The worship is amazing, hats off to the worship team. Life changing camp. Water baptism. The Holy Spirit is moving here. I am not kidding when I say that this is truly the best place on earth. Two chapels per day, rec activities and free time every day. Youth camps have parties until midnight. Amazing leaders and pastors. The guest speakers are doing powerful things here. Everyone has a smile on their faces. My life is forever changed thanks to the Lord and the James River Campgrounds! I LOVE CAMP!!

Our daughter and niece attended two weeks ago. James River isn’t our home church, so felt a bit uneasy along with it being our daughter’s first summer of “camps”. She absolutely loved it and cannot wait for next year! If you are a parent of a teen, there’s so many hazards and I’m thankful there’s camps like this to teach our children and experience God’s grace and love. It’s been two weeks, and she’s still (constantly!) singing praise and worship songs. I plan on being a chaperone next year.

Send your children for summer camp! God's hand is on this place. There have been many many unbelievable healings. Deaf can now hear. Blind can now see. Bones have regrown. Tumors have vanished. Lives change. Children develop a firey faith and desire to share the Gospel!
