Jackson Inn

Staff was super friendly, owner was very nice. Rooms are dated and not very clean though, sheets, pillows and the towel were all covered in stains and pretty gross looking, tons of flies were in our room, a bunch of dead flies on our dirty bathroom floor. But their A/C in the room was amazing and the beds were comfortable. All in all it's a good spot to stop if you just really need a break while traveling. Fair warning it is in the middle of nowhere and food options are limited to a Circle K and a Subway.

Pros: Decent price for two queen beds, cable, and air conditioning. Owner is super nice and staff is pretty friendly. Cons: DIRTY LINENS and the DRUGGIE tenants who live there full-time that like to tie their dog up outside at 10 PM and LET IT WHINE AND BARK instead of walking their pet on a leash and returning to their room. Owner quickly dealt with the issue but it was still not CLEAN and QUIET like the sign advertised.

Trash all in yards and in front of rooms that people live in. Owner not too concerned about anything but the intake of money. Rooms have broken TVs and may or may not have a microwave or frig. Rooms have spiderwebs behind furniture. Not a nice place.

I was given a room towards.thr back and was told it was for longer stays. I was.plannimg to rent weekly. I checked in after getting off late from work and an older gentleman checked me in. The rate was more than fair and the room was nice, but I wasn't given a key, and was told if I wanted to get in my room, I would have to come get him to let me in. What kind of practice is that?? Anyway... Well, the next day there was knocking on my door and it was that gentleman needing money for the room. I had paid for the room already, so I explained it was his responsibility to handle it. He said his boss, / the manager, needed the money. Basically the housekeeper had posed as a manager but didn't pass on my money. The manager was clueless as to what had happened and so proceeded to try and get

Drove in for Memorial Day weekend, convenient store has been opened. Pulled around to see about a room. The place is so run down. Worse than before. I had called the office prior to arrival to inquire about a room. The man told me the rooms were clean and disenfected. It was a lie. Broken doors, trash everywhere..Cats in windows. Disgusting. Place looks like a crack house. So sad no where to stay in the area. We had to go to Milledgeville. the rooms were clean and disenfenica s more run down than our stay there 1 year afo
