Jackson Hot Springs Lodge

We were looking for overnight accommodations after skiing Maverick mountain. Our daughter and husband had horror stories about the hot springs in the vicinity. We were able to get a room over the holiday weekend. It’s awesome! Clean- would rate very clean but there was a bottle cap by the fireplace. The room had rustic/mountain decor. The beds were great. The hot springs were hot, fairly clean, and pleasant. The central lodge/great room was fun. A giant open area with a wood fireplace, bar, fireplace seating, shuffleboard and pool tables. Quiet and romantic not really, but very fun. There hot springs customers still in there robes warming by the fire, people cheering football on the tv’s, and diners all around. We stayed over the weekend. It might have been an off day. Service was very slow. It 20 mins to get someone to check us in Then, when we went to eat at the restaurant, the server seemed like she didn't want us there and had better things to do. She was only nice when it was time to pay. The bartender was nice but very slow to do anything. The room was ok. But there is no way to adjust the heat as the spring water was used to heat it. All windows open and still too hot. Oddly enough, when we checked in, the housekeeper had been cleaning rooms next to us had left and left doors open to rooms that needed cleaned. She came back around 9 to close them. Odd we thought

I have been enjoying Jackson hot springs since my brother got married here in 2024 , incredible venue , the coolest staff and a much needed get away to a small cattle town. The pool is fantastic , teal sunsets and pink glow. The Staff is personable, kind, and accommodating. Stacy in the restaurant gave us immaculate service and the warmest smile, and especially accommodating to my specific biscuit and gravy needs … Thank you Stacy for this welcome reprieve from a winters blizzard.

Great hot springs, good food and people who work there. If you havent been i recommend! Stacy our waitress was really fun, gave my husband and I gold stars for finishing food lol.

One of the BEST hot springs places ever! Beautiful, awesome pool, good food, amazing service, juke box and free shuffleboard! Absolutely love this place!!!
