The amenities and cleanliness of this campground we're amazing! It's clear the community takes a lot of pride in this facility. There are hiking trails, including the ice age trail, that passed through the campgrounds. The lake is crystal clear with a nice Sandy Beach.
Nice camp ground, but you had to pay extra to use the and shower. Pay showers are a obnoxious trend. For $50 a night you should not be charged extra to shower.
Warning. Don't not rent sites 51-58. They are tiny primitive sites that cost as much as the other site with electric. It's a total scam. The sites are basically a big parking spot that are stacked right on top of each other. Can't believe they charge $45 a night for these. Normally a site like this would $10-$20.

A beautiful county campground with 48 electric sites. Some are on the shore of the lake. Multiple water sites spread around for easier access. Dump station is $15 if not registered. Sites are reservable online and $40/night when I looked. Access to the Ice Age Trail Everything shuts down/off and locked up about Oct 12 AT&T service is decent in the area. In the campground area with trees you might be limited to 10Mb, but in the open parking areas you can hit 50Mb
