ISLAND HOTEL Of Space Coast

The hotel staff was excellent Gabby and Vee were professional they were very nice. We stayed one night and parked our car here for 15 days at no extra charge. There was a slight incident with the shuttle but Vee took immediate care of it. We were very pleased with the great customer service. Thank you for keeping our car safe and our ride to and from the cruise terminal.

Well priced hotel with super comfortable beds. We had a one night stay prior to a cruise. Our room was clean and comfortable, with free WiFi and continental breakfast. Didn't try the pool but it looked clean and inviting, with a variety of poolside seating. Located near shops and restaurants within walking distance.

My expectation has been well managed by all those reviews. Hence, when I actually enter the room, I was quite surprised. It was totally acceptable hahaha. I will give 4.5 star. The front desk staff is nice and helpful.

1 Star – Because My Car Ended Up Being The Better Option We were driving down to take a cruise and figured we would just grab a hotel last minute. Then we realized it was Daytona 500 weekend and basically every hotel in the state of Florida was sold out. So when Island Hotel of Space Coast said they had “plenty of rooms,” I should have trusted my instincts. First red flag. Every other hotel is booked solid, and you have plenty? Interesting. We pulled into the parking lot and “run down” would be generous. It looked less like a hotel and more like a place where stories begin with, “You’re not going to believe what happened.” But at that point, we had no other option, so we decided to give it a chance. The staff was friendly. Very friendly. Almost aggressively excited about the ice cream

This was one of the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The floors were not mopped or even swept. The lightbulbs were not working and I had to go and request for 2 new bulbs the only bright light (not to make a pun) was the very friendly desk clerk who was sweet as could be and offered to come and change for me, I told her I could change. The parking lot needs major repair. In fact the whole hotel needs repairs. The lights that are on the outside of the rooms are as bright at night like the ones on streets. The bathroom floor was not clean and also has mold. I give props to the young lady at the desk while we were there she gave us good places to eat for dinner.
