iola's Home Away Extended Stay

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful place this past weekend. The place is absolutely amazing and very well kept. The decor is awesome. It’s very quiet and cozy. We would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone. We also plan to stay there each time we visit DeRidder, if available.

Perfect “home away from home”! The owner, Mrs Ramona, is the best host and certainly strives to make your stay the best she can. I’ve traveled to DeRidder for around 50 yrs and I’ll always see if iola’s has a vacancy before staying anywhere else. You’ll not be disappointed staying at iola’s Home Away Extended Stay.

So on a serious honest note I truly did not want to write this review. I wanted to be SELFISH and not let anyone know the truth and that this is the MOST WONDERFUL place we have ever stayed in EVER!!! It is a HIDDEN GEM & I want it to stay hidden so when I have the opportunity to stay here again it will be available!!! I just LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING about IT! #1 Ramona!!! A host above host! She was able to see that we were here to spend QUALITY time together and has given us just that! There has been no need to contact her because all we need is already here in ABUNDANCE!! So there it is. Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this gem... JUST NOT WHEN I WANT TO STAY HERE HAHAHAHA Thank you Ramona❤️

Wonderful place!!! Truly enjoyed staying here. Absolutely any and everything you would need while away from home. Board games, books, wifi, Netflix, every kitchen need you would have, Keurig and more. Extra blankets, pillows, comfy beds and extremely clean. We loved it and truly enjoyed staying here.

This loft is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. Very clean and and in the perfect location. Romana was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this if you need to stay in the area.
