InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Corpus Christi TX

Esmeralda Nava has to be an angel. Her friendly service along with her professionalism is above and beyond. I have stayed here a couple of times and the staff is awesome, rooms are clean and you cannot beat the price. I highly recommend.

I was there for 3 days and seen 3 roaches. I paid for a week and when I went to check out they said they would have to request me a refund for the remainder of my stay. I was told at check in that I would have to come in to check out to get my refund in cash since I paid in cash. But when I checked out the GM said they don’t do cash refunds but she would ask it to be put back on the card I used for a deposit. The “request” for my refund was denied. So I was charged $120 a night when the nightly rate is only $92. The GM is very hard to speak to. She will talk over you and interrupt and just is not friendly at all. I will never stay at one of these places again

I’m currently staying at the InTown Suites on Oakhurst Dr., and everything has been great! The place is affordable, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Esmeralda Nava really stands out — she goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of especially for long term stays. I’m very happy with my stay here and definitely recommend this location!

The GM Esmeralda will take care of you no matter what. She knows exactly how to run a business and a property and will make sure you are taken care of. Best location too, right next to literally everything won't have to go far to find what you are looking for. She is people first, and that's rare now a days.

I have stayed here for months and years at a time over the past decade. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. And you WILL NOT EVER beat the price of your 5th week there.
