InTown Suites Extended Stay Chicago IL - Oakbrook

If you're in need of an extended stay hotel that's clean and safe and reasonably priced, InTown Suites Chicago West fits the bill. It is a no-frill hotel, so bring all your own toiletries, as they provide a "starter" roll of toilet paper, and that's it. There is a two-burner stove top, microwave and a refrigerator, as well as a laundry room, but you need to bring your own silverware, plateware, cookware, dishsoap, etc. Housekeeping will clean your room once a week, but you do have to wash the towels that are provided for you. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it you have no problem providing your own amenities, then this is the place for you. As I was in between apartments, I had everything I needed, so it was just perfect for a couple weeks.

I stayed at intown suites for over a month and it was a pleasant stay. There was plenty of hot water, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was warm. The hotel is very quiet and safe. It is also at a very convenient location there were plenty of stores within walking distance and everything else was a short car ride away. All in all i highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting oakbrook for a long stay.

My daughter and I are staying long term and this is a wonderful place. The receptionist and manager are so nice and helpful and patient work my endless questions. Housekeeping is good and the hotel is clean with great laundry facilities. I am so glad I’m here!

I stayed here for a week. Nothing fancy but well set up for extended stays. The bed was great and plenty of hot water. Very quiet. Kitchen is sufficient for simple cooking but bring your own pans, plates, and utensils. Would stay again.

Sofia and the maintenance guy were very nice. The manager, Mr. Tate (I believe), is very rude and confrontationals. I can not believe someone like that works in this industry. He came and knocked on my door like he was responding to an emergency to come in and do a check of the smoke alarm, because "some people just like to mess with the smoke detectors." The manager would glare at me a lot and was very rude during just about every conversation. There was one time during my stay where he was nice and I was absolutely shocked. I moved down the street to a more expensive hotel because I felt harassed and unwanted by the manager. He did call me because I locked myself out 4 times while staying there. Two out of the four times were due to the cards and batteries in the door not working. He
