Very nice. We were able to check in early, as our flight was changed, so very appreciative. Staff very nice. Nice Lounge with Breakfast and evening food. |Just one problem when we departed the Concierge got us a TAXI to the Cruise Port, and the Driver did not use a meter and the charge was $23...plus Tip..! They need to make sure when they get you a TAXI that the meter is working. Will stay there again in the future.

We LOVED this hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to Miami. We stayed here before our cruise and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to Bayfront Park and just beyond that, Bayfront Marketplace, which has a ton of fun shops and things for both adults and kids. The hotel was clean, classy and the room was fantastic. It would be hard to stay anywhere else after this visit.

Great location and super clean hotel. Room was very comfortable with king size bed and lovely city views. Service was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend for travellers looking for accommodation before or after cruising.

Modern and inviting hotel. Great location. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Excellent service from all staff. Club lounge was right up there with the best we’ve experienced (and we’ve stayed at several Intercontinental hotels around the world). Won’t hesitate to visit again when we’re next in Miami.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with great hotel art; bathrooms are spacious, and there are enough pillows:> But....what really stands out with this hotel is the staff. I have already had--in my first 24 hours--three exceptional staff experiences. Perhaps management deserve some credit here.:> People are empowered, it appears, to make decisions and to solve problems. The focus on customer satisfaction is impressive. Kerstin in reservations, Kay at the front desk, and a really charming, energetic doorman have all gone out of their way. Highly recommend.
