I just got back from a lovely one night stay at INNESS. I had been once before for dinner only, and my husband treated me to a solo getaway for my birthday without the kids :) I arrived prior to check in and got an amazing facial, relaxed in the bathhouse, followed by a delicious lunch. My server for lunch and brunch during my stay was Erin and she was fantastic. Amazing service, and so warm & friendly. All of her dinner recommendations were spot on. The Hotel Manager James upgraded my room to a private Cabin and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and great amenities. As a Cabin guest you also get access to the Farmhouse common areas which was equally beautiful and welcoming. There is transportation offered on property, in a very well branded mini fleet of Jeeps - beautiful touch. T

$270 for one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I’m 45 years old and have had many massages in many world class spas around the world and I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The spa is beautiful but that’s where the positives end. My mom and I both saw a woman whose name begins with an “A” but I don’t remember what it was. She basically just rubbed oil on my body for an hour. It was a soulless, lifeless interaction. At one point I asked her to apply more pressure and so she intensely pressed on my body for a few minutes and then went back to simply rubbing oil on me. She seemed extremely inexperienced and disconnected from her work.||After the massage she brought us lukewarm/cold tea. The sauna wasn’t hot enough - I sat in there for 15

Beautiful grounds and setting. Not quite the standard I would expect for the price. Toilet had been used in arrival & not flushed on arrival at cabin . Took 2 calls to get someone to come clean. Cabin inside arrangement need improvement for comfort. So over priced . Best thing was restaurant with excellent food. Cabins need a mirror to see yourself and cozier sitting area . So so overall nice stay but overpriced and cleanliness issuec

We took a girls trip down to Inness, expecting the full luxury experience based on the price tag, unfortunately that was not what we encountered. With room stays during the month of December starting at $1,000 per night we expected a much higher level of customer service and amenities. The bath house was incredibly small, which we could easily get past if the space was well maintained. The steam room smelled as if it had not been cleaned in weeks and there were very few attendants around. For a luxury resort, we would have expected top notch customer service and consistent maintenance of the area. E.g. water filled, towels, robes and slippers available. We decided to walk from the homestead and immediately regretted it as the walking path was muddy and not maintained. The restaurant was

My husband and I had a one night reservation in November for $1,300 a night. We were very excited to get out of the city and to experience Inness for the first time. We had a wonderful experience at Wildflower Farms before but we wanted to give Inness a try. When my husband hurt his back so badly that he could not stand or sit without my help, I emailed them asking if we could move our reservation back / have a room credit. Kayla responded and said no we cannot accommodate you. My husband followed up hoping to get a better response and she didn't even bother to reply. I looked at the website and they had many rooms at different prices available for that night so it wasn't even close to sold out. At this price point I didn't expect them to ignore their guests. We were very disappointed.
